Fumes
threaten your workers whether the fumes are easily extracted
or not. But sometimes the source's distance or location
makes it difficult to
extract those fumes. National Systems of Garage
Ventilation brings a practical solution to this problem
with our Boom Arms.
National Systems' Boom Arms can
drastically increase your work area. For example,
combined with a Fume Arm, our Boom Arms can reach up to
35 feet, much father than a Fume Arm alone. This extra
reach means you don't have to compromise safety.
National Systems' Boom Arms can help you extract fumes
in several applications. Our Boom Arms:
reach the source of fumes in a large worksite.
are ideal for exhaust extraction of large vehicles.
extract fumes at several work areas not requiring
simultaneous use.
reach extraction sources located 10 to 35 feet from the
wall. This
gives your the additional
option of mounting the system on a wall if
your ceiling is too high or if
there are obstructions such as overhead
cranes. |
C-Systems
This overhead concealed retracting assembly is a
winch-operated unit that allows you to locate the tubing
at any desired position. The flexible tubing, either
galvanized or stainless, stores in the Boom Arm. The
high-temperature tubing is ideal for farm implement uses
as well as auto and diesel applications. It is an
economical solution when you need a Boom Arm for
automotive exhaust. |
Fume Removal Arms
If you require fume removal for welding,
soldering, grinding or sanding, National Systems offers
two Fume Removal Arms to attach to your
Boom for a maximum 35-foot reach. This combination
allows for unique dual pivoting points so you can work
anywhere within the 35-foot radius. The pivoting point
located at the weld arm gives you a approximate 360º
rotation. National Systems' Fume Removal Arm is
externally supported for easy maintenance and long use.
As an accessory, a light package can be added to
you weld hood. |
Hose Reels
Achieve ultimate flexibility with National Sy stems'
Hose Reels. Our Hose Reels coupled with our Boom Arms
cover a wider area such as several vehicle bays. These
use a more flexible tubing for increased maneuverability
as opposed to steel. Use a Spring Operated Hose Reel on
the Boom Arm for automatic spring recoil of tubing. Or,
team up the Boom Arm with a Motorized Reel for the
optimum system.
